Biopathway Identification AI

 The biopathway Identification AI was an LLM based TEA tool for evaluating the feasibility of molecule production on the Moli bioreactor platform. It was trained on a combination of state of the art scientific literature in biology, and enzymatic and molecular pathway database, and web scraped data on pricing and availability of chemical process inputs. The output was a biochemical recipe and technoeconomic analysis on the profitability and feasibility of molecule production.

At Moli, we successfully used the pathway identification AI to identify our first product quercetin. The resulting TEA was accurate to a few percentage points, estimating 77.6% margin while we observed 76% margin experimentally.
