Design, manufacture, and testing of 1st generation industrial controller prototype for angel phase startup. 14 custom hardware designs of 5 different boards using Eagle CAD. Remote PCBA management. Developed C++ drivers and hardware abstraction for custom hardware. Developed Python micro-controller, database, and client management software development for SBC. C/C++ embedded feedback control and sensor object management. BOM, parts sourcing, assembly, and verification with oscilloscope and code.
