200L Automated Modular Single-Use Bioreactor
200L novel bioreactor design for disrupting bioproduction. 90% lower per-unit capital costs compared to incumbent reactors of the same size, due to use of low cost materials like acrylic, sheet metal, and aluminum. Modern data-connected design with cloud connected temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and weight sensors. Incorporated modern approaches to reduce bioproduction operational costs such as single use, airlift agitation, and advanced batch techniques like drain-and-fill. Able to be serviced by industrial robots to reduce operational costs.
The production vessel was fully cloud connected, with a real time data dashboard producing 500k data points per run.
