Quercetin Production

Using our biopathway identification AI, we singled out an enzymatic cell-free quercetin process as a promising first product using our novel reactor design. We were able to go from pathway AI identification to a successful fully-automated first production run in 1 month. Our first run demonstrated 87% feedstock yield to product conversion after 6 hours, giving us the ability to produce quercetin at a 76% margin. The resulting operational and capital costs gave us over $2M ARR per reactor.
